| Our Policies Free Shipping Policy For orders all UPS orders (excludes furniture with additional shipping charges listed) Accents At Home provides FREE shipping by UPS Ground to the 48 contiguous States in the U.S. for most products featured on our Web site, even if they're not in stock. If your order has multiple items that get shipped in several packages (to the same address), you will not incur any shipping charges. Furniture Orders Furniture items may have additional shipping charges listed with the item. This is for White Glove in-home delivery. These items will be delivered to your home, placed in the room of your choosing and all packaging materials will be removed. Two flights of stairs are included in the home delivery price. If your location will require more than two flights of stairs, please call us in advance and we will provide you will any additional fees. These additional shipping charges are only valid to the 48 continental US states. Please contact us by phone or email for rates to any other location. Additional charges will apply to orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii. It is recommended that you call customer service at 888-823-7425 to confirm shipping charges for your order. Accents At Home does not currently ship internationally. Please call in the case of any exceptions. Additional shipping charges would apply. Expedited Orders and Rush Delivery If you would like to expedite your order and rush deliver a product, please call our Sales Department to inquire about product lead time and availability. If an item is in stock, it will usually ship the same day. If it is not in stock, we may be able to have it shipped directly to you from the manufacturer as soon as it becomes available, or we can arrange to have it delivered to you as soon as we receive it. Again, please call us at 888-823-7425 for more information. Product Inspections We hope that your order arrives safely and that you are satisfied with your purchase. However, please remember that when the order arrives it is your responsibility to ensure that the product has not been damaged during shipping by the freight company. Inspect the box for external damage, remove the packaging and inspect the contents for any physical damage in the presence of the delivery driver. If there is any damage, visible or not, you must indicate such on the delivery receipt. When you sign the delivery ticket and do not note any damage, the package(s) becomes your property. Again, please take the time to inspect the delivery (especially furniture items) and if there is any damage be sure to note it on the delivery ticket. For furniture orders, please refuse the shipment if any damage is noticed. If the damage is severe enough to render the product inoperable or unusable, please refuse the shipment and contact us immediately at (888)823-7425. Sales Tax We do not collect sales tax on items purchased at Accents At Home, Inc, except for deliveries within North Carolina. North Carolina deliveries are charged the applicable state sales tax which is calculated during checkout. Returns and Cancellations Customer satisfaction is our mission. If you are not satisfied with your product, contact Customer Service to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. All returns must have an RA number clearly marked on the outside of the box to be accepted. A full refund, less shipping and handling charges, will be issued to you immediately if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. Furniture items must be cancelled within 36 hours of the placement of the order or a 25% restocking charge will be applied. Customized items (i.e. Address Signs, Engravings) must be cancelled within 24 hours of the placement of the order. No refunds will be issued for customized items other than for damage in transit (see above). |
